Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

SkuSense is operated by TwoKai LTD. More at twokai.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect on skusense.twokai.com, why we collect it, and your choices.

2. What we collect

2.1 Email subscribe

If you subscribe, we collect:

  • Your email address
  • When you subscribed
  • Optionally, a link to an analytics session id if you previously accepted analytics

We use this to send occasional updates about SkuSense as it is built, and to offer early access when it opens. We do not sell your email. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

2.2 Analytics (only if you accept)

If you click Accept on our consent banner, we collect first-party analytics such as:

  • An anonymous visitor id stored in your browser
  • Page paths you visit
  • Session timing
  • Approximate device type and browser details from the user agent
  • Scroll depth
  • Subscribe funnel events (for example form start or submit result)
  • Referral and UTM parameters when present

We do not run analytics until you Accept. If you Decline, we do not send analytics requests.

2.3 Technical logs

Our hosting providers may process standard server logs (IP address, timestamps, request paths) to operate and secure the service. These are not used for marketing profiles.

3. How we use data

  • Deliver and improve the public site
  • Understand which pages people read (with consent)
  • Prevent abuse (for example rate limits and a honeypot on the subscribe form)
  • Respond to questions you send to hello@twokai.com

4. Legal bases (UK GDPR)

  • Consent — analytics, and email updates you subscribe to
  • Legitimate interests — service security, abuse prevention, technical logs

5. Storage and retention

Subscribe and analytics data are stored with our infrastructure providers inside managed Postgres. We keep subscriber emails until you ask to be removed. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form for product decisions.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to withdraw consent, by emailing hello@twokai.com. You can revisit your analytics choice anytime via "Cookie settings" in the footer. You may also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).

7. Third parties

We use infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email delivery when enabled) as processors. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.

8. Changes

We will update this page when the policy changes and adjust the "Last updated" date above.
