1. Agreement

By using skusense.twokai.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site is operated by TwoKai LTD ("we", "us"). More at twokai.com.

2. What SkuSense is

SkuSense is an early-stage product: inventory intelligence for Shopify brands. The Site currently describes the product being built and lets you subscribe for updates. Content is informational.

No advice. Nothing on the Site is financial, legal, or professional advice.

3. Subscribe

You may subscribe with an email address to receive product updates. You must provide a valid email you control. You can ask to be removed by contacting hello@twokai.com (and via unsubscribe links once email send is enabled).

4. Acceptable use

Do not abuse the Site: no scraping at disruptive rates, no attempts to bypass rate limits or security, no submitting content you have no right to submit.

5. Availability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties. We may change or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. This is an early-stage product; expect things to change.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TwoKai LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms and will adjust the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
